About me
Hi! I am Hsin-Yi,
you can call me Cynn
I am from Taiwan, stayed in Tokyo and Edinburgh, now based in London.
I am a multifaceted designer and artist with a fine art and architecture design background, working across multimedia, from 3D visualisation and motion graphics to UIUX. Having worked in diverse artistic and design environments, I am proficient in visualising insightful ideas into a dynamic visual story.
My multiple identities make my practice bridge the junction between design thinking, digital technology and creativity. As a designer, I value tackling challenging problems, trying new approaches and bringing innovation in an organised process. At the same time, as an artist, I am passionate about creating my unique aesthetic across distinctive media based on critical research.
In my free time, I also do sketches, illustrations and photographs.
